Okay, I got myself a Daedric staff, a Daedric short sword, and a few other items worth a great deal of value. I know about the Creeper but the max he has at any given time is 5000 gold. Just one of these items is worth a whole lot more than his gold supply. And I am not sure if I want to go all the way to find that Mudcrab at this juncture in the game. So what did you guys do to not cheat yourself out of hardearned cash flow?

Are Daedric swords, etc., considered magical in this game? Steel and iron swords are not unless they have magical fire, shock, or frost damage (and a few other interesting combinations). Silver weapons seem to be "magical" in nature in that they can harm the undead. What about Daedra, can they be harmed by silver based weapons?

I was able to lockpick the downstairs room in the Fighter's Guild in Ald-Ruhn. And if you haven't done this then I suggest you stop here if you don't want to be spoiled. Anyway, I discovered a full set of medium armor whose name escapes me but it would sure be lighter than my full steel set and it would provide me with substantially more protection. However, my heavy armor rating is now 71. For endurance to be pushed you must wear either heavy or medium aromor or use spear. Since this is my first time through and as a fighter class I chose heavy armor as a major skill and medium is in miscellaneous. (I would do it differently if I could) What would you do? Continue in heavey or go for the medium armor with better armor rating and forget the major skill of heavy armor?

One other thing I found in that room was an incomplete set of glass armor! Oh, to have a full set! I tell ya, if I had a full set of that, as soon as my endurance maxed out I'd go for this in a heartbeat!

Question Mark

Sell Creeper an assortment of 1000 gp items. Once he has a decent collection. "Buy" these items back up to the sale price of the REALLY expensive item and than sell him the expensive one. Rest 24 hrs. Sell him the other items back in 5000 gp intervals - repeat until 'losses' recuped.

You can adjust the sale price +/- 10% with Creeper if you want to try to earn a little extra.

I am currently collecting every single armor suit in the game to dress the mannequins in my hideout. This settles the issue of daedric armor, since it is not so common. I then put a single weapon of every kind on display, and sell the excess items to the creeper, which has been made richer by a mod. No sense to do thatsell buy sell thing. I guess it's cheating, but I already have more money than I could ever use, so who bothers.

Yes, they are safe. The creeper in my game has 100.000, and that still isn't enough to sell a Daedric Dai katana, but it's better than nothing. I hardly ever sell the more expensive items though. I have two residences and a Hlaalu stronghold, so there's plenty of room for me to stuff things away.

I'm becoming kind of a junkyard dog i guess.

Well, johnny, if you REALLY want to be a junkyard dog (you sound more like a pack rat!), I suggest strewing your items all around your Hlaalu resident grounds so that the neighbors can complain about the eyesore it has become. You'll drive down property taxes in the process.

By the way, can anyone answer my question about Daedic weapons and if they are considered magical in the game, i.e., can kill all foes, even daedra and undead?

Thanks dude, i'll take that as a compliment.

And to answer your question...yes, you can kill ANY foe with Daedric weaponry, and they're also the best weapons for enchantments.

if the item has no eye popping enchantment I sell them to creeper. My creeper got $1000000. otherwise, I keep them at my girlfriend ( breton girlfriend mod )house.

Daedric metal is magic, since it has been forged by supernatural beings.
So you can hit anything, even if it is immune to normal weapons.

If you use a deadric longbow, however, are the arrows you fire considered magic?
IIRC, no: I tried to hit a deadra once with iron arrows and the aforementioned bow, but to no effect. But I could be mistaken, since I hardly ever use anything but silver or better arrows... anybody can say a final word regarding this matter?
