Faral Retheran?

I am looking for Faral retheran for the quests for redoran. in fact she is in the treasury and gave me a couple quests. I finished them and everyone else's quests in the redoran crab shell and Sarethi wont advance me. I know i have the skills too. And he says Faral Retheran is a guy, and Retheran is a girl. Is there another Faral Retheran?

I don't think so. Does she advance you in rank or not ?

Sarethi is the only one who can advance you to the higher ranks.

Is your stronghold developed? otherwise house father is the highest rank.

build up your stronghold first. talk to sarethi about it.

ive built it as far as it can go and ive done all the quests hes told me to do but he wont advance me

Try to go back to each counsilmember and make sure you have their support.
