I'm lost in Tel Naga

I'm trying to bring Engaer to justice. A quest given to me by the fighters guild in Sadith Moria. Apparently he's in Tel Naga the Telavanni tower in town. I've been all through that place and can't seem to find he/she anywhere. Whenever I talk to people in the building they never have the option to ask about Engaer. Does anyone know where I might be able to find this person?

I never even heard of that name, and i've done all the quests of the fighters guild.

This is the tower right in the centre of Sadith Moria. It has about 4 levels to it and a great big hole in the middle. Tel Naga is the name of the tower where Engaer is supposed to be found, but I can't seem to find him anywhere and no ones talking.

Aren't you supposed to levitate inside those towers ?

Here is the answer to your question madame. *Bows slightly* I had to fight through a crowd of rabid chipmunks to get this. Fiesty little guys...

Hrundi in the Sadrith Mora Hall asks you to kill Engaer, and outlaw here in Sadrith Mora in Tel Naga. Hrundi suggests to avoid the guards as he doesn't need further trouble with the Telvanni. Tel Naga is just North of the Wolverine Hall and Engaer can be found behind a locked (20) and trapped door in the Upper Tower (North West room). The room is guarded so take the nessecary precautions, though once you get in the room you should be able to finish Engaer without interuptions (note that when I did it, the whole tower was alerted and attacked me, so be careful). If you use a Chameleon spell you should be able to sneak behind him and attack without alerting the entire tower. Return to Hrundi for your 1000 gold reward (half of the bounty).

Thanks Mellagar. I was on the upper floor but I must have missed the locked door. I'll go have another look. That tower is a pain with the big giant hole being in the way all the time.
