Question about a key

I know that there must be a key to the treasure room in some building in St. Delyn plaza, can anyone tell me which building that is and where exactly i can find it ?

You may want to try magic instead of a key. You can buy an unhinging spell or scroll at any mage guild or at merchants that deal with miscellaneous/ magic items. Which guild quest is this for?

No quest, i just know there is a lot of money and good weapons inthere. Can't let that slip.

Um... never mind guys, i found the key to the treasure room, and it wasn't in St Delyn, it was in another compound. But hey.... let the looting begin.
