Druids can do it, certain items, like the Cloak of the Sewers allow you to do it. You can change inot the Slayer. I've nvere bothered with any of it. Do people think there is any point, escpecially in polymorphing into animals?

Thanks

Simplest way to defeat Faldorn - at least for me. I tried it with both Jaheira and Cernd. Letting them change into a bear and werewolf respectively let´s me kill her without any problem whatsoever.

What does Elche mean?

And the cloak of the sewers is a great item because...you get that AC bonus wich can be combinated with other protection items

As I recall, isn't the ooze shape immune to any weapons attacks? If so, this makes that Cloak of the Sewers rather handy in distracting strong fighter types.

the ooze isnt immune to any weapons BUT it is 100% magic resistant so it is real handy to absorb all of a mages spells

Cloak of the Sewers: The ooze is good when fighting wizards. But there are better cloaks.
Slayer: Great in any fight, but you must be quick since you die if you are Slayer too long.

Just wanted to share my opinion

Cloak of Sewers is available very early in the game and therefore comes in handy, when you need to heal. Change into a troll and wait for a short time to regenerate.
