Skills window does not scroll when spending level up points

I have a character that has progressed through several classes (Warrior -> Barbarian -> Bard -> Ninja) and when he got Ninja level, he had too many skills to fit on the display.

The problem is that now I can't figure out how to get to those skills, which is especially frustrating when I level up because I can't put any points in them...

So has anyone else noticed this or is it just me?

Can someone please confirm this as a bug, or am I just missing something?

Kind of need to know because if they aren't gonna patch this game, I need to return it before my time is up.

I also have this problem now.
I solo a multiclassed guy who cant see one third of his traits and skills - lol

I am not positive, but try holding the left mouse button, and moving the skill window up and down.

nothing seems to make it scroll but - hey! - maybe its a bit of a quest? - how to get the skill list to scroll?
Surely Heuristic meant it as a sort of quest thingy? - they wouldnt have overlooked such an obvious bit of programming would they?

hmmm - grrrrrr!
