Robe of Vecna?...Dont tell me I missed it !!!!

WHAT ROBE OF VECNA?......I'v been all through the whole game thoroughly and i'v never heard of the robe of vecna before.
.....I know it's asking a lot but will somone enlighten me to what and where it is? PLEASE!

You can buy it from one of the bonus-cd merchants. Those merchants were originally only available to peeps who had the collector's edition, but the final ToB-patch adds them as well.
The Robe can be bought from Deidre, the lady in the Adventurer's Mart, just behind Ribald.

Deidre has it, I think. She's directly behind Ribald, on the second floor of the Adventurer's Mart. She (and the merchant in the CC) are the add-on merchants which were originally offered separately when SoA first appeared, then folded into the game when ToB came out. If you want 'em, just buy ToB. They'll be in SoA, as well.

You don't exactly need ToB for them as they were released as a free download before ToB came out. A few places to get them - http://www.sorcerers.net http://www.planetbaldursgate.com

Though I take it you already have ToB as you posted this here; but in case anyone doesn't and needs the merchants, there they are.
