Guys I fought some guy name Neb I think it when I killed him
and checked to see what he had. I found his head what do I do with it?
I have no quest as of yet for it or him!

A newbie question can a Cavalier use the Holy Two handed sword you get from
the Red dragon?

I started the game as a Regular Paladin !

Second Newbie ?

If i import my character to a new game do I get the weapons and armor my character had before?

go to goverment destrict and talk to
wen you run straint from door to othere side from room
theres a man talk to him and give him the head

All Paladins can use the sword. I think it's called Carsomyr or something close to that.

It IS possible, but it isn't legit. While the game is starting, and the screen is black, PAUSE the game. After this, click 'I' to open your inventory. Drop any items that you want your character to keep, and keep any in your inventory that you do not want.
