hmmm...was reading a post about Jaheira getting turned into a vampire, does this have to happen if she is a love interest? It hasn't happened to me and I have killed Bohdi, but I am worried, because I just rescued Jaheira from the harpers hold and she said that the people there were not real harpers, but it has been a while since then, and Dermin has not appeared a third time yet even when I rest. Is there something I have to do to trigger the next step in the romance? I have downloaded the balderdash patch so that is not it. *sigh*, do I have to mess around with the CLUAconsole things mentioned in the patch?, and if so, how do I do this? Thanks a lot, any help is appreciated

Although I'm not sure, I think this happens with ANY female love interest...at least I think it happens with Aerie, too, if you choose her. I'm not sure if it does with Viconia.

It will happen to ANY (active) romance related character be they male or female. I've had it happen with Aerie. It only happens in Chapter 6 or 7.

Battle/Spoiler....
. . . Funny story about that. Jaheira is my love interest in my current game (actually, past/current. I'm in ToB now). Anyway, I had helm of brilliance AND Daystar equipped on another NPC. When she charged me with the other vampires, I unleased both Sunray attacks and nearly swept the room clean (Doing 2102 points of damage to Jaheira in the process, eep! I nearly had a heart attack before I figured out I could carry her body)
