As to your question - the right temple is in Ankathla, if i'm not mistaken - in Slums district, but the procedure won't return Yoshimo - it is impossible. It is possible to keep Yoshimo throughout the whole game but it means doing the whole of the Underdark without him. If you check back over the last week or so there is a thread devoted to Yoshi, alternatively use the search feature.
