What's Rashamon like?

I was wondering whether every ranger in Rashamon is like Minsc, given Lilacor's statement "I've got more nicks than a Rashamon ranger." What do people know about Rashamon?

Rashemen the land of berserkers. It's a country to the north of Thay and Aglarond, east of Thesk. It's run by a bunch of witches. That comment may have just been in reference to Minsc though
