If you like the racy adult situations, replayability based on good and bad actions, and interesting parties, the you'd probably like Fallout 1 and Fallout 2, which were by the Black Isle team. Fallout Tactics is coming out soon (probably before Heart of Winter), anyone going to get it?

Fallout 2 may be the only mainstream RPG game I can think of that includes lesbian encounters! I love Reno...

Heh.....not to mention all the guns and weapons you get......some of the concepts in the game is so politically incorrect which actually makes it good......

How about planting dynamite on the President? That's always good for a laugh. At any rate, I think some of the graphics like where some dead person is liquified, come from Fallout. Fallout's raid on the motherbrain has to be one of the finest experiences in any RPG.

Fallout actually came with the Fallout 2 software when I bought it. Maybe I should give it a try. For some reason, I really enjoy hanging out in Shark Club of Reno.....*sign*, and I LOVE my gauss pistol and rifle.......

I wonder what will happen if combat is "real time", it will definitely be messier than BG2.

The secret is to be an energy weapon specialist and a marksman. I love zapping people right between the eyes. Your mutant can handle the heavy guns, but no one else is an energy weapon specialist.
Fallout 1 also includes the famous Dogmeat, one of Gamespot's top 10 characters of all time. |

Cool. I never really use energy weapons except for the plasma-rifles and gattling-laser......which is fun turning Enclave soldiers (or any ill-fortune ppl who happened to be targetted) into ashes or cutting them in half. But I find the range of these weapons to be a bit short, but they are very powerful.

I can't believe our regulars are not fans of Fallout. The game is so good. I don't know of another game that simulates drug abuse so well. Radiation poisioning too!
