In ToB the level cap for spell effects is 20, i.e. even if you're a level 30 mage you cast your spells as if you were level 20.
But one of the wild surge effects is "spell cast at double level". Does anyone know if that cap applies there too, or can you get over level 20 with this effect? I've never been able to determine this in the game, and I was wondering about it. |
