I just ran into a character called Belgrade. It just so happens thats the capital of Serbia. Did they do this accidently or on purpose. No complaint just wondering

Well, I think it could of been an acident but who knows maybe one of the programmer was from Serbia and thought it would be funny.

They have to get their ideas from somewhere, right? At least they didn't name any NPCs after infamous megalomaniacs.
