re: killing tanove

now i tried diverend things to kill her but it stil doesn't work!
she dies and then after 2 or 3 sec. she reapears!
i tried it over 100 times but i still wont succeed
please help!!

After all the time i played BG2 i never heard of tanova. There are a lot of ppl in BG2 so might you say where she is and whats the problem with her? I might have 4gotten.

You're killing her illusion, not her. You need to dispel the illusion using a "True Sight" spell or a "Dispel Illusions" spell (4th level Priest, 3rd level Mage, respectively). As soon as you kill her "illusion", the real Tanova pops in.

If you dispel the illusion first, all you'll see is the "real" Tanova, who you can take down for good.

She's in Bodhi's Tomb, Chapter 3. She casts protection spells as a mage does there. Later, she doesn't and acts like a normal vampire. In Chapter 3 she's sort of the "boss" of the level.

Well i just finished all the missions for her, is it later? I guess its a bit spoiled now. Well i had to check out who it was cos i completed BG2 a lot of times and consider meself as expert in it but i havnt heard about her. Its first time i took Bodhi's side and im after her missions right now.
