[Morrowind] Go to Hell, Carolina!

For those of you who don't know, if you have the sword Goldbrand, become a vampire and do a quest for a high elven woman in the Vivec mage's guild, then report back to her with excatly 11,171 gold, the sword will be updated to Eltonbrand (although in some places I have heard it called Bluebrand). It is meant to be a different colour, although it never was in my game, and is more powerful. Along with this omes the message "Go to Hell, Carolina!" Does anyone have any idea what this is all about? Or was it a little joke on the maker's part?

eyup, eltonbrand is the most powerful one handed long sword in pre expansion morrowind.

I'm guessing Beth put it in there for a bit of a laugh. The odds of stumbling across this upgrade by chance is pretty much zilch.
