Hey all. My nephew bought "Pacific Fighters" and installed it, but received an error saying that the rts.dll was missing. He reinstalled the program but that did not help. He called me up and I did a google search, finding out that this seems to be a problem that others have had as well, and their advice to those asking was to go to this site:
http://spacetarget.com/games/pc_pacific_fighters.shtml to download the replacement dll. Since my nephew has no idea how to do stuff like this, (especially since the program downloads in a .rar), he asked me to help him with it. I have looked over that site and others, but cannot find any download. Does anybody have some help for us?

From what I just read, rts.dll is the file with the copy protection and he should only get the message on an copy. Are you sure he bought it?
If it's a legit version, he could try the latest patch and hopefully it will fix the problem, otherwise he can go to www.megagames.com in the trainer section, and there he will find no cd patches, and from what I've read, they come with a fixed rts.dll

He is 14, and his mom bought him the game at the store. I am sure "she" bought a legit copy.
As for helping him with the no-cd patches and all that, there is no way he'll have the know-how (he is not as tech-saavy as other 14 year olds that visit this forum...)and he lives four hours from me so I cannot do it for him. Well there aren'y many solutions. Like I said you can hope the patch will fix the problem, but you'll probably need a no cd patch.
