Does anyone else here play these games?
Ever since I played the demo of the original I have loved it, and not long ago I bought Trackmania Sunrise, and it is close to one of the best looking, most fun games I have ever played.

Yeah, I played it. Was kinda cool. But it's a total copy of the old 1991 game "Stunts" which I LOVED. Anyone remember the old arcade game by Atari called "Hard Drive'n" ? It was hard and drove like a real car--physics were really good. It's like that. Was fun. Go find it on a abandonware site. You can make your own tracks as well. All real polygon true 3d too. It was way ahead of its time back then.

Trackmania would be a LOT better if they car physics were more realistic. It feels really loose now, but still was fun.

Yeah, have to agree with the ol' tyrant there.

The whole of TM2 Sunrise looks like a benchmark test, like Aquamark 2005 or somethin.

And it is seriously addictive. You WANT to get the gold medal. You NEED to race the next track. You HAVE to beat the best time.
