I have clicked all over the Portcullis trying to open it with the key but no can do. I have also looked all over for a hidden lock. How/where do I use the key?

The easiest answer is to check out this map on Flamestryke's site:

Thanks. I never seen a lock on that door so I figured it could only be opened from the other side.
