Hi, back again with another question. Where are these Talking Mudcrab Merchants i keep hearing about. and how are they better than creeper?

You can find him in Northeast of Bal Fell and directly across from Releth Ancaestral Tomb.OR East of Mzahnch. He has 10,000 gp and buys items full price also like the creeper. He will buy most items

where is Bal Fell (geez, compared to my friends i know everything about the game. this is weird how there are so many things i didn't at least hear about. i knew Morrowind was big, but THAT big?!)

South of Vvanderfell, easy of Vivec City. among the islands. Ball Fell is the biggest of the island there.
