Hi there!

Has anyone compared the mana regeneration rates for various chars with various equipment? I mean, what's the regeneration rate of a faery without items compared to, say, an elf with a +1 item for mana regeneration? Does it have something to do with the level, or you Int, or your PIE?

Cheers
Philipp

Regeneration items give their effect each round, so if lets say you have a mana regen +1 item after ech round it will give you a spell point above your normal rgeneration, and in my experience faeries get a mana back only each 2 or 3 rounds.

Yeah, that sounds about right. But, look at stamina regen, when you have a +1 stamina regen item, you regenerate your stamina much faster than your mana with a similar thing. What's up with that?

Cheers

Normally in combat you will only regenerate stamina when you are unconscious, but stamina regeneration would again regenerate per turn, and of course it lets you run without everyone falling unconscious outside combat.

If you get attacked you also lose a certain amount of stamina, so you can't be sure that defending will raise you stamina at the end of round.

Well, it's a lot easier than getting someone to knock you out...i've found it to be very useful.

AFAIK you only lose one stamina point if you dodge the attack when defending, so you won't lose that much.

If you get attacked several times, which can happen in later combats you will lose one stamina for each attack, but I agree that defending could have its uses if the character doesn't usually engage in melee combat.
