Gedna Relvel tomb

i was there a while ago .. i can't remember how to get back there. anyone know?

I stumbled on it accidently, while exploring. Now for the life of me a swear to gawd its moved!

also how do you use the bow?i have bows and arrows but when go to use the bow it doesn't draw back when i want to attack. dunno how to make it work same with the crossbow =\. How do you use a soul gem? how do i trap souls in it? where do i get a trap sould spell and how do you freakin read a scroll?? everytime i want to use the stoopid thing i drop it on my character and all it opend up into some runes or wut not.

i'm an 18th level redguard adventurer. born under the ritual sign and Destruction/alteration/restoration/heavy armor/long blade are my major skills.

You need to enter the Temple Sewers and go east through the Temple Gardens (I believe that's it's name) and when you would enter the shrine by going straight ahead, turn right and take that path to the door to Gedna Relvel's Tomb. Hope this helps. Gedna is a bit nasty if I recall [img]smile.gif[/img]

I'm an absolute beginner with Morrowind, but maybe I can help with the bow and spellscrolls. Don't blame me if I'm wrong. Wait patiently for someone with more experience.
Draw both the bow and the arrows over your avatar in the inventory. They should be displayed surrounded by a white box after that. Then swith back to the game, press "F" and your character will draw the active weapon (should be bow by now). Hold down your left mouse button and you'll automatically put an arrow on the string and get ready to shoot. Aim (to my total shame I admit I still use the target cross) and release mouse button. The arrow will fly.

To use a spellscroll rightclick to open your inventory. Select the scroll you want to use in your magic menu (lower right side at least on my screen) and a symbol for the spell selected will appear on the main game screen next to the little symbol that represents your active weapon. Now press "R" to go to spell casting modus, leftclick and the spell will be casted. Don't forget to aim first if it's a target spell.

Hope I didn't get your questions wrong because I am absolutely flattened that you are on level 18 without bows and spells. Good luck!

Thank you azaghal for those words of wisdom... but i don't think a redguard can cast scroll spells. It may be a restriction just like my bow weapon, i did exactly what you said and the bow neither fires(i have like 5 different types of arrows) nor the scrolls work when i try to have them work (in magic mode) all it does is open up the scroll and i look at a bunch of glyphs and then it says Close on the scroll.

As for the bow! damn defective piece of junk... i can sit there for 5 minutes (in real time) holding down my fire key and nothing will happen. I tried putting the bow in my hand, i tried then to drop the arrows on my character and all i get is a handful of throwable arrows LoL. It just doesn't work in conjuction with the bow... Also it doesn't turn into a white outlined square it turns into a RED outlined square.. Just like some of my swords i have, what does that mean?

Yes, OldBigFoot... thank you I KNEW it was around there somewhere! Im a sword/axe man anyways.. the bow just looks cool for being defective as it is. its an adamantine bow, i don't remember where i got it from tho

Okay, you need some help.

Equip your arrows. Then, equip your bow. Switch to your bow, it should work, if not, then you have some serious probs

For the scrolls. Screw the equip thing. Go to your magic menu. Scroll down to the bottom where the inventory of magic items are listed. CLick on any of the scrolls, exit, then hit (r) for magic obviously. THen use it. Do remember that if it is a touch spell, you have to be at point blank range to use it. If it is a Self spell, the effects should be on you. A target spell should fire something. If it doesnt work, once again you have some probs (the Ekash Lock Splitter never works for me).

As for soultrapping. You need a soul trap spell, and a soul gem. Once the enemy has the soul trap effect on it (there will be an animation on the monster) you have a limited time to kill it before the effect wears off. If the soul is too big, you'll need a bigger soul gem.
