Party items??

Hi..im new to the game,so i p/u all the items i can,,which i sell whenever the oppurtunity arise,s,,but my ?? is,once i have a spell can i discard the spellbooks?? they seem to take up a lot of room,,,im at the umpani base now,,had to laff at that sprinkle character lol,,,thanks,,,,,Hoss

You actually have to click on the spell book with the character you want to learn that spell being active. Once you do that the book is gone. that's one of the reasons you save your spell picks for later; so you can more and better spells which can't be purchased.

I always keep the books I find with me (the ones that I cannot use, of course). May be you take an NPC later that can use them! And anyway, the books don't weight too much, so you can carry many of them... The items that weight more are armors and gadgets...

In any case, pay attention to your carry capacity. If it's any color other than white (everyone carrying less than half their max) your AC and Combat stats will be affected.
