Can anyone give a detail on how to create a birthsign using the Construction Tool thingy? And how about making an item and adding constant effects to them. Thanks a bunch for any help.

HAMMERHEAD and KAKERO .... Thank you very much from the top of my hairy head to the tip of my hairy toes.
Both sites are very helpful. BTW the Help button on the TESCT doesn't help much. Bethesda should of at least updated the Help section with each patch and/or expansin. Oh well. Thanks again!
