I've found a slave who's escaped from the Dran slave camp named Tul. He begs me to take him to "the kindly redguard" somewhere in the area. Where is this mysterious redguard???

from where you find him, go emmm.....north along the road. not far from there you'll find a single redguard on a farm. that's the redguard.
