When I was traveling North, from Gnisis to Ald Velothi I came across this girl who said to be a "private dancer" and she had lost a ring and she said it might have rolled into a small pond below, and asked if I could go down and get it for her, it seemed easy enough so I said ok. But I looked for a while in the pond and around the surrounding area for the ring but I've had no luck, all I've found interesting is a guy in Chitin Armor who's partially invisible and who has a Amulet of Shadows, but no ring, thought he might be tied to it somehow. Just hoping that someone completed this quest and could tell me what I'm doing wrong, cause it's buggin the heck outta me.

When you enter the water, about 20 feet on your left, there is a ring in the weeds. I have played about 5 characters (not liking the first 4 after awhile [img]smile.gif[/img] ) so I have had to find it a few times.
I usually enter the water, go to the back of the pool and come forward. I stay to what is now the right side of the pool looking up towards the woman to find the ring. SPOILER * * * * * * * * * * * * * It is better to be looking foward because they attack you after you pick up the ring. Interesting journal entries after incident... |

The dancer and the invisible guy are just a bandit duo looking for a sucker, no quest attached. Just teach them a lesson and move along.
