how does the game expect me to get the CM if that stupid mook doesn't show up so i can give him the Umpani/mook or the T'rang/mook alliance letter...
i mean... he showed up the first time i went to arnika... then i went to the bluff, stole the T'rang alliance letter from the bug eyed freak, Z'ant, and then went back to arnika, but screg wasn't there? where did he go? back to guardia or something? i thought maybe since i stole the first letter from the t'rang, it might be a bug from that or something... so i decided to go to the umpani, got up to a level 4 clearance and the letter (the normal way, not PPing) but Screg still doesn't appear... any thoughts? |

That's a well known bug, I had the same problem. you must use the patch 1.2.4 and he returns. Unfortunalety, you won't be able to steal with the new version

If you camp outside the mook building after speaking with the hologram for the first time, it results in the afore mentioned bug.
You either have to start over and not do that. Or get the latest patch. Even though there are earlier patches that fix the bug, only the latest patch fixes your savegame.
