I must investigate a little more.
It occurs with a spellcaster having charm or mindread. Have them very low stamina. Enter in blabla mode with a NPC. Cast a spell puting them unconsious and recast direct the spell (it's possible to cast in that state). The game will crash and quit to the desktop. I was to tired last night to try again...
