Al-Sedexus bug? may be spoiler request

I have a male character (hobbit psionic) wearing all stuff. he answered all the question but when I choose a sacrifice, everyone (including him) swap their weapon when I click on them

nothing else happens, actually, not even the ESC key worked either....I had to reboot

is it a bug?

I have the 12_23 (I think) patch

This happend to me as well.

1) Be sure to have the wearing char active prior to initiate dialog.
2) DO NEVER swap characters during dialog and do not enter any char screen.

It seems that swaping during dialog crashes the game.

This infact happened to me last night.....when it asked me to select a character, I have a small ? on my mouse pointer. I had selected my main fighter...and all it did was switch his weapons. I moved the mouse pointer out a bit and clicked it....it expanded his picture out, then I just clicked on his picture. Everything worked fine then. I guess somehow the cursor thinks your clicking on the weapon swap area....ignoring the character select function...if you are to far left or right of the characters bar (dont know which side your character is on or whether you are in full image mode or just the status bars)

thanks, I'll try it out soon enough (im writing this from my job now)

I too had a smaller than usual "?" pointer

another thing: my game crashed with an error message and returned to windows BEFORE I tried and got the swapping problem. I just hope it's not a corrupt file now

oh well....if it's the case, it'll give me the opportunity to start a new game with new classes...so it's not THAT bad, of course i could load a previous saved game but they are too long ago in the game
