Gadgeteer and Gadgets

Have a Gadgeteer in my current party, played through Monastery Arnika and Trynton, have some gadget parts, but can't mix any of them. Except orange goo and glowing goo. I think there is supposed to be a doll in Arnika, but there? And will the Gadgets start appearing, found a list of gadgets and how they can be mixed, is there a list of locations for gadgets? There is a doll in Arnika, in one of the houses near the Mook building (it's a locked house).

You can find them here too I'm sure with the search feature. Your party should be ready for the swamp from the sounds of it, you can buy some more items from Croc there, the SE exit from the Trynton map will take you there.

Try going to http://www.tk421.net/wizardry/wizardry.shtml and then clicking down through the frames to Wiz8 and then Items. Click on the link for 'Gadgets' in the frame that comes up and you'll find the entire gadget list, all of their locations, and what they can be merged with.

This list includes the "phantom" gadgets that no one has been able to find, however, so be you'll want to be aware of that -- no one seems to be able to find the High Voltage Transformer, the Demon Doll, the Electric Eye or the Loudspeaker.

thnx a lot. very satisfied with this party, played several parties, none past trynton though but this one seems to be the best rounded one, gadgeteer (hobbit), ranger (mook), fighter (lizardman), monk (fellpurr), bishop wiz/alch (elf) and bishop divity/psionic (elf), only problem so far is carrying capacity [img]smile.gif[/img]
