does anyone have the full walkthru for Rapax Rift. And does anyone know exactly in Trynton do i find the Helm Of Serenity?

This gentleman has everything you need for the Rapax Rift and all other areas. As for the Helm of Serenity....(spoilers)

...you need to get the Key from the Shaman first and then you can get into the locked room in the Rattkin Tree where the Helm is kept. The trouble is that you have to complete another quest for the Shaman before you can get the key.
