In the beginning of the game I tried to get into the spacecraft on Arnika airport by prsenting some of the ID-cards I got from the personal chests of the shopkeepers. Somehow those IDs just disappeared and nothing happend. That didn't bother me too much so I just went on but now I read on this board (which is really great ) that I can get bloodlust with Antone's (not sure about the spelling) ID. Is there any way to get into his personal vault without the ID? Or any way to regain the ID-card?
If I remember right, in Wiz7 you would find all those items you tried to use on the ship inside of it, but right now I can't see any way to get inside.
My fighter got excaliber by now (god ol' Nessie ) but I think my samurai's no-dachi still sucks.

Thanks for any help!

Never tryed that myself.. So you gave the card to the ship? I donno what to say about it. I am sure you could get a trainner or something to edit in the card.

If you really wanted Bloodlust that bad.

Are you sure the cards are really gone, and not just lying on the ground? I've seen that happen sometimes in using an item and not being close enough to where it's used. The item falls to the floor. Easy to miss if you're not watching for it.

Bloodlust is a very nice sword for early in the game, though it's cursed and whoever uses it can't switch to a ranged weapon. Also best for a non-Fighter, since Fighters already have the berserk skill without a curse (a rogue, for instance, can do amazing damage with this weapon - 2x for berserking and 2x for backstabbing!)

considering I am in the rapax castle with lvl 18-20 characters, and my samurai is still using bloodlust, and getting pretty good use from it, its a very useful item if you have a samurai or possibly for afew other classes.

I have my doubts that the card could simply vanish--perhaps you should look closer where you tried to use it. There are quite a few gaming items that, in the Wizardry tradition, you can't accidentally sell, give away or destroy. That card is one of 'em.

I am pretty sure the card is not just lying around somewhere on the airport because that was my first guess too. Maybe this "swallowing" ship was a small bug, I think this shit happend before I patched the game.
Well, I guess I'll just have to live without bloodlust because I don't want to use any trainers.

Thanks anyway!

It's very possible to give away game items without getting them back.

It won't happen with essential items such as the chaos moliri but it will happen w/non-essentials such as the key cards.

Essentials get refused by NPCs/RPCs. These are the "you decide you want to keep it" types.
Non-essentials get taken using give (no recovery) or getting sold (possible recovery). Custom item ingredients, key cards, gadgets, instruments, and the like fall into this category.

sorry
