As you may have noticed from the above heading I'm rather annoyed that it isn't available over here yet (and is it me or were the boards down for ages). Someone mentioned a company in England that were selling it but wouldn't answer my question about the company (was it internet orders only or would they take a check, were they orchestrating a general release etc?). Now, if I missed the answer due to an unpleasant abscence (not my intention, just couldn't get on the forums for ages) then I appologise to whoever it was. But the upshot of it all is that I still do not have a copy and am annoyed by this situation.

Thanks in advance for any answers (helpful or otherwise).
