Experience point cap?

I was under the impression that the XP cap for BG was in the order of 64000. Yet, I've got characters over 75000 and still going strong, going up levels etc. I have not played with TOTSC yet - will start again with it - so I'm a bit confused. I have the DVD version. Did they raise the XP cap in it? Or am I wrong about the 64000 level - I can't find anything about it in the manual. Let me know, please, as I would like to know how much higher I can expect my characters to go!

As far as I know, the experience cap is around 89,000. This only allows your characters to get to about level 8. Dual classing won't work when your reach level 8 because you can only get to level 2 or 3.

Aaaah, the XP cap...

For BG it's 89,000 and for TOTSC it's 161,000. Definitely.

SHOULD you want to remove it, there is a dreadfully easy way if you have TOTSC.

I have been playing Bgate for a while now and love it but the only thing that I really dont like is that fact that i cant get rid of the exp cap. I mean it kinda sux having guys that cant go any higher in level... and I am sure that many people agree with me when I say that. Moggl you said you knew a really easy way to get rid of the cap?? please let me know I am all ears... I have tried about all the programs out there that say they remove the cap. Today I downloaded the newest patch version for TOtSC, this is the only cap exp remover message I could find so that is why I posted it here so yes I do have TOtSc. But if the new patch version creates a problem let me know. And if you would share your secret as to how to get rid of the cap, it would be GREATLY appreciated.
