Ender's Game Saga

Has anyone read these science fiction books by Orson Scott Card? I'm in the middle of Children of the Mind, and its absolutely brillant. Card is an ingenious writer, amazingly stunning. Enders Game was powerful and held so many truths to it. Now, the rest of the books have shown amazing compassion and also holds truths to them. These books are incredible.

IMO they get progressivly worse.. (as it would seem his books in general do as he "matures" - not unlike Heinlen.)

His best book (SiFi) is Treason, its one of his earlier works and is absolutely AWESOME! Also his SongMaster is very good. I'll also add the Worthing Saga to the list of (good stuff) as well. (I've read most of his stuff - and most of a lot of other writers as well..)

Still, one of the best in the biz at pulling at your emotions.

If you like that (and again excellent writing) consider Janny Wurt's Mistwraith Books.. every bit as good as Ender, (but fantasy oriented).

I love the Ender's Game series. The parallel novels about Bean and Andrew Wiggin are pretty good as well. BTW I recall hearing the an Ender's Game movie is in the works.

Treason is my favorite Orson Scott Card book. It is quite old and I think it was his first published book. Shame it seems to be out of print last time I checked and quite hard to find. My library had a copy, but someone decided not to return it.
