I cant seem to find the 1st version of CEP.. I downloaded from ironworks download page CEP v2 , extracted all teh files and fired up the game. When I did it came up wanting to find teh following cep files that were not in the CEP v2: ceptexture, cepprttrait, sepplace,cepcreature,cepbaseitem,cepanatmy,cep2de and cep1patch.
Looking at the file I downloaded I cant seem to find any of them included in it. Can some one please direct me to the correct place to downloaded the files( I'm starting go through withdrawl.....) Thanks

I had this problem when I had to re-install, had v2 but ended up having to download v1.52 & v1.53 patch as well. Makes no sense but you do what you have to when the addiction is there and you have to get back into EFU.

The CEP team had the choice to make CEP v2 backwards compatible with CEP, or forwards compatible with Bioware's last patch, thus saving them from having 2 weeks of bug fixes for CEP v2. So CEP v2 isn't backwards compatible.

I dealt with it and back on !!!! I will remember to burn everything to a disk just incase...

I did right after I redownloaded everything for the second time during my crash cycle. Now when I get the new PC home, I have all the files on disc, and can just put them straight on the harddrive, which is much faster than downloading...
