So, you have a life, and can't finish the Proving Grounds in one go? Now you can't remember where you left off? Well, have I got a solution for you, Wellard...

This list was compiled by me, out of total boredom, and starts in the SouthWest corner, and moves clockwise around the area.

1. Zass - Stone of Cootos
2. Lana - Stone of Erzes
3. Kaless - Stone of Yue
4. Grue - Stone of Kelant'la
5. Dran - Stone of Zali
6. Democ - Stone of Muren
7. Merca - Stone of Cofu
8. Vendress - Stone of Topinia
9. Craine - Stone of Sianup
10. Pentera - Stone of Gallos
11. Duru - Stone of Aahz
12. Vantek - Stone of Fentr

Just so you know, Wellard, we were missing the Stone of Sianup while we were busy scratching our heads on it. I did guess right on the first try though, based on doors you forgot to lock behind you.

That's why I started the "gloves" post. Sheer frustration with monk based builds being able to deal with almost anything in Undermountain (ok, so you may have to find something else to do while your character very slowly demolishes a dragon or two) but finding them totally outgunned by the likes of Democ, Merca and Duru.

Still, as a last resort a ring of harm and a drow trinket throwing Hellball is a great help

And don't worry about getting a life Robert. Not only do I have a list of the stones, I've also mapped the teleporter maze!
LOL, ok, now I don't feel so bad. I never mapped the maze, although I have been through it.
As to the difficulty of the combatants; most of them have a base 80 AC, from what I can tell, anyway. I rolled a natural 20 against Democ, which hit, but the crit threat roll, a 19, failed, and it was at a +59. However, my archer cleared the whole area in about 20 minutes. Her base AB is 76 though, IIRC.

20 minutes!

Well done.

I got down to 30 and thought that was going some. That is without magic or buffs.

I need to redesign.
