Hey all, just wanted to say it looks like a great mod so far. I was in the other night with a character just to check it out and it looked pretty awesome. Couldn't log in all day, and finally got back in tonight to check and see how things were and met a couple friendly folk. I can't wait to get down a few more levels and see some of the crazy stuff people are talking about. I am definately letting other people in on this, and can't wait to get some group ventures going.

I remember undermountain from the old school days, with coins that burned holes in the ground and crazy gold altars you could beat on that brought hordes of shit to fight. Anyways, I will probably be in with a total support character pretty soon, so if anyone wants to drag a rogue around with them lemme know heh. Later,

Sly

Welcome Cornbread,

You can usually find either Godisnak or Nadril floating around Undermountain. Gimme a holler!

Welcome Cornbread from another Old World RPG'r.

you have found the world of Ziroc or should I say The Wizard Halaster, I think they are one and the same.

I was one of the PC's in undermountain with you last night up until the server started messing up and I was frozen and the server shut me out.
It's been along time since I tried going down one level at a time with new people. Their were four of you new Ironworks members with me last night and it was alot of fun.
Hope to see you in their again soon TCB

Thanks for the greeting and welcome to the Ironworks Gaming Forums.

Always glad to see new faces joining up. I can certainly use a support character as I am still a low-level fighter-cleric who has not made it through level 2 alone!

Howdy Cornbread! I just got back into the Undermountain after a 6 mos break and it's so much different (BETTER!). I dragged my husband in and he's loving it too!

Well, with a title like "Greetings"... Hullo.
I've been playing Escape from Undermountain since it was local vault and always enjoyed it. It was a great testing ground for builds and equipment back then. The place is massive and fast paced, I certainly have more to discover yet I am sure. Keep it up cause I'm loving all the new areas.
I have one suggestion, this will sound a little odd. There's too much treasure.
Hehe, oh horrors.
Actually it's just that the remains don't decompose, there comes a time when you have soooo much gold that it has no meaning and people stop picking up. But that means there's a lot of additional lag caused by the server having to keep track of of huge masses of remains. I have filled my inventory and 10 bags of holding over and over. Sometimes I even stop off at a handy barrel, box, crate or chest to ditch junk and slews of arrows, wands and scrolls. Those 10 bags are standard gear for all 4 of my characters, 2 x lvl 40, 1 x lvl 39, and my newest at lvl 18.
I am curious how much RP goes on here though? I've seldom come across anyone interested. Anyways, thanks once again for a great mod and keep up the good work.
