Suni Set Items

Hey Z,

I have collected a few parts of the suni set (Cloak and bracers) and was wondering why the bracers don't have an attack bonus on them?

Since they are for a Monk only wouldn't they give a bonus to attack ?

I know you can cast sunbeam from them and they have a defense bonus on them but if you wear them you can't wear monk gloves for things like fire damaage etc?

If its a balancing issue its all good. Just wonding if you think they should have an attack bonus as well.

Maybe the bonus wont be usable untill you have the entire set. [img]smile.gif[/img]

If Z has the sets working properly that is. I made a character using the 6 Moander parts I had, and they didn't work, but then again, Z wont tell us how many parts are in each set.

Some monks do prefer to use a staff or some other exotic weapon, maybe Suni was was such a Monk. I have the bracers and they are just collecting dust in my bag of holding as a result of no attack bonus.

The cloak is nice, I would love to see the attack bonus added to the bracers.I would then create a monk just to use the set. At the moment my weimic is running all over undermountain hunting down sets.

I suppose if there is a karma in the set then we don't need the attack bonus on the bracers.

Guess we can wait and see who finds the rest of the set.

I have a feeling some more of the set will be in the temple and high moors.

The cloak is in the dungeon under Trollbark

There can be no damage bonus because they were not REALLY gauntlets. They were bracers [img]smile.gif[/img] I goofed. I remade them and put the NEW one in the Trollbark Dungeon. BEWARE, it's guarded by some STRONG Monks.

Where did I drop the old Suni gauntlets (Really, bracers [img]smile.gif[/img] )? In Muriels Gauntlet? On the bridge?

They were in the chest in the Troll bark forrest near the elf who is making the diary of everything that is happening in Trollbark.
