Im just hoping they dont butcher it. havent read any of the forums on NWN2 yet, but I am hoping characters are transferable as well as mods. If EfU cant be moved to NWN2 and has to be made again insteat, ill be pretty erked.

But I guess I should read a little bit before i climb up on this here soapbox huh.

I would say that most of the scripts "should"be transferable but the tilesets and placeables that im not to sure about.

In terms of transfering characters remember what they said before NWN was realeased ? That you could import your BG2 character. Remember how far that went?

The moral of this sotry is take anything they say in the early days with a grain of salt.

Guys, this won't be out till 2006 or maybe later. We have a long time to enjoy NWN1.

I hope they remake the engine--the SAME way, but with highres textures, high poly counts and such.

Oh yeah, and if I have to remake Undermountain, I will. no sweat. It would be simple IF they used the same scripting as in NWN1. If not, I will redo it with new levels--same Yawning Portal tho--I Love that tavern. Spent MANY hours tweaking the hell outta that inn.

I'd like to see a Dragonlance NWN type game too. That would be awesome.

I have a second project I am working on in secret for a few Months now, and I leeked a bit of info on what its name was here, but it will link to Undermountain (using the portal IP system)!
