I've had a bunch of emails asking if I ever upgrade to BETA Patches.
The answer is no. I will never upgrade to a Beta patch, under no circumstances. They are extremely buggy, and not worth the trouble.

Now, when a Official NON-BETA Patch will be applied, as soon as it's out usually. So make sure you upgrade to play our Mod.

We will be upgrading to the Expansion pack a few days AFTER it comes out, but I want to know when NON USA people get this expansion. Will it ship the same time around the world? I hope... I Don't want to upgrade, and find that half of the world can't join the game.

Any know?

According to gamefaqs:
http://www.gamefaqs.com/computer/doswin/

The European release is a week later than North America, but the game is not listed for Japanese release. I dunno as far as the rest of the world goes.

Update:

According to a post by BioWare in their forums, the non-english SOU hasn't even gone gold yet, but will soon. The english version will available this week in North America of course, and in the next couple weeks world-wide. Check yesterdays official forum highlights at the NW Vault for details.

A dutch online shop expects the release to be june 26th, and the normal shops probably have it later. They'll have the English version.

So how soon can you get some of the new creatures like Pit Fiend or Medusa in the module, Ziroc?

I'm gonna wait a while if I can, till Europe gets it. It's not fair to those guys.

I would only drop in a Pit Fiend in a VERY huge battle. lol, did you see how many hitpoints they gave it? 123!! I CORRECTED that, and made it 666. (Actually, a Pit Fiend should have more like 800HP IMO) but they are tough..

If I use one, it'll be in the teen levels--maybe level 14 or so.

I LOVE the new placeables! Ivy, rocks, windows.. THATS the stuff I am happy to find!

I do wish they made 'special effects' with each spell looping as a light effect. THAT would be cool! Instead of simple glittering lights or glowing lights, you can use ANY spell! (I can do this via script though)

Any I LOVE the new projectile traps... Muahahahah... Undermountain is HEAVY with traps too... (licks lips) Muhahahah!

Larry, cancel yer vacation NOW! (I bet you wanna!)
