Well I did something very strange, I skipped the fight with the Ironthrone leaders in the candlekeep library, I didn't see them and just went upstairs and on the 6th floor I still got arrested for killing them, so what happened, did "Koveras" rub them out and blame it on me or what?
Also, Now I'm at a point where I find Angelos assasins in the "undercellar", which I am suposed to find in the sewer... well I have scoured the whole sewer system and can't find them anywhere... anyone know where to find them? It's been 5 years since I played the game to this point and it's awesome to come back to Baldur's gate [ 08-07-2004, 12:30 PM: Message edited by: Jorath Calar ] |

The assassins are found in the brothel, which you can access either via the sewers or (IIRC) the Blushing Mermaid tavern.
As to what happened to the iron throne management, you're right on the bat, he killed them and framed you for it. |

Ah that [bleep] brothel, remember I had some trouble with the battle there when I started... at least the mention of it brings some foul memories...

Trying to navigate the sewers is a pain....you might consider leaving a trail of breadcrumbs, e.g. dropping a worthless-yet-easily-visible item, such as some Leather Armor, at the exit of each sewer tunnel, right before you walk through it. Avoiding stumbling over your own path again and again is has been clinically proven to reduce your risk of athletes' foot.
