Welcome to IW THEE 1. There is a BG forum here where your question will be answered. Perhaps one of those nice moddy people can move it for you.

Welcome to the Ironworks THEE1.

As donut said, once this is moved to the BG+TotSC forum section you will almost certainly get an answer.

I for one can think of two possible solutions, one being that you may not have been near so thorough as you say have been (i.e. maybe there was a side of an area map that you needed to exit from to open the area and simple haven't exited via that side yet. Another solution being the use of the CLUA movetoarea "cheat". In this case it wouldn't really be a cheat seeing as how you seem to be in a jam.

I personlly don't remember if there is a switch you have to throw persay. But to get in the city you do have to read a scroll that been passed down from each level boss to open the next area. Did you pick up all scrolls when you killed the wizzard? I remember having a simalar problem, the same as another recent visitor, with the iron shortage in the mine. The scrolls were not gotton out of the chest and thus not opening the bandit camp.

Ok, so you need the tome to get into Candlekeep then. Where's Six when you need him. I'm gonna have to hunt for a walkthrough.

Wait... Do you need to get into Candlekeep or Baldur's Gate? It's unclear. Did the chapters transition properly? Did you see the cutscene of the mine being flooded?

Just to cover the obvious bases, you did remember to cross the bridge and enter BG through themain city gate?
