I think the graphics are a little outdated but still I like em.
Toolset option can be seen when you first launch NWN's i.e. the black bar menu that says 'Play', 'DM Client' and' 'Toolset'.

Philip I hope you are jokeing but in case you are not. When you launch NWN under the Play option is one that says toolset. If you have not tried it it can be fun but it takes alot of time to get good at it.
