How does one enter the mines north of Port Llast? I've only gotten as far as the graves, have I missed my chance to find the key to the mines? Spoil me please, Jason the Red.

First collect the bounty hunt quest from Kendrack. After you kill four prisoner ( collect their ears ) return to him and he'll mention that he's daughter was kipnapped. go to the mines then.
