HELP! Serious problem!

I am in chapter 2, and I fought the greater mummy in Beram's Lair, and my henchman got poisoned. I recalled back to the temple of Tyr to get healed and discovered that my henchman could not move or attack at all, even after being cured. What should I do? Is this a bug?

On the character sheet it didn't say she was paralyzed or anything.

Just making sure that you did talk to the henchman and add him back to your party right? I've had a similar problem. What helped me was saving/reloading, or leaving the area and teleporting back. That will usually free up the character. Either that or you could try talking to the character. Sometimes that will snap them back. Seems like a glitch. Sometimes when I open a chest or barrel, the graphics will snap me to the backside of the item and then I get trapped there too. Teleporting usually does the trick.
