OK, i have searched the internet for five hours today and i could find nothing on helping me to create a new customized familiar. if some would do it for me i will be very happy. Or if someone could tell me how to do it, please i am desperate and i need help badly.

Have you been to the Bioware site? I know they have a bunch of forums, including some that are specific to scripting the Toolset. I think that would be a good place to ask this question.
