Does anyone know where the magic forge is in act 1? I found it once, now cannot find again. I got those stoopid little dots all over my map but cant locate him

it's called the shining Knight, and if you exit the temple of Tyr in the city core, turn left, head down the ramp past the wizard tower, it is there on your left.
