well
Now I've got the game working life is easier this time around I've got monsters set to normal but gee it seems easier (and more fun) than when I played 5 years ago I don't think I could have become a much better game player... I'm a bit of a veteran at these things... been playing them since EOB1 I do have respawn set to low and I guess I know a few things I didn't 4 years ago but to be honest I've forgotten I still spent ages looking for a way into the front of the serpent temple Egad The dungeons are HUGE aren't they... I wish there were more games like this around I hope Dungeon Lords is not as action based as it looks |

Glad to hear that things are going well!!
![]() Many of us are looking forward to Dungeon Lords and hopes that it retains many of the characteristics we love about W&W. Guess we'll have to wait and see or, if any of our members who have signed up to be betatesters get picked, hear what they have to say about the game. I'm keeping my wings crossed, I haven't played a really good game in a long time! Wyv |

I'll echo Wyvern's comments! I'm glad to hear it's going well for you too.
I always play with frequent spawning and hard difficulty. It's not as bad as I fear, and it does add in that extra "macho" factor ![]() As for large dungeons... the serpent temple is one I still get lost in I think it's because it changes levels and maps all the time, and there are seven ways to get anywhere. Sometimes I find myself opening up the map, staring, and saying "okay, where is a passage that hasn't been fully mapped yet?" My favorite/least favorite large dungeon of all time... Castle Darkmoor, MM6. I swear it was really two or three put together... ![]() And I'm also looking forward to Dungeon Lords. May it bring all that it promises...

Might and Magic 6 was cool
Seven was awsome Eight was cool, but not as good Nine was pretty buggy Only Wizardry game I have played is Tales of the Forsaken Land on PS2. Not sure if its anything like the PC games or not. But it was cool. |
