Level 7 from Wizard and Armory. Experience Points from All guilds in first town.

Scabban Quest Level 7 Wizard Guild
Sword of Mastus Quest Level 7 Armory Quest
Ring of Saints Quest Level 3 Temple

You have to do all three quests at one time. Save game. Give the items to the first character and go to the wizard guild to id them. Do not let the wizard guild recognize the scabban quest. Once the items are ided. Save the game. Enter the inn to create one mule. Remove all characters from the party except the first one and add the mule. Make sure the character with the items is the first one and the mule is the second one. Save the game again. Go to the armory and click on the characters for a total of 128 times. This averages out to be 64 times per character. You will get 500 experience points per click and level 7 buy the time you are finished. Level up and go back into the armory and pick out what trait that you want. Go to the temple and train. Next go to the wizard guild and repeat what you did in the armory. You may not get a level up but you will get level 7 and experience points. At this point you can pick out trait you want to
train in from the wizard guild. If you level up pick out the trait and then go for the level. Train at all the guilds first and finally
enter the temple and do the same thing that you did at the armory and the wizard guilds. You will not go past level 3 in the temple but you will have experience points and more than likely level up again. Make sure that when you train you do not give the the guilds time to recognize that you have completed the quest if you have not been there before. Once you have done all the guilds now go back to the inn and remove the first two characters and replace them with two new characters and go through the same procedure with them. You will probably have to use the mule again for the sixth and final character. This way all the character will have more or less the same points give or take a few hundred.
